Please RSVP by June 22, 2026, so we can finalise arrangements and guest numbers accordingly.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding.
While we truly love your little ones, our wedding celebration will be an adults-only event. As some close family members are travelling internationally with children, we have made a small exception for them and informed those guests directly. For all other guests, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare and enjoy the evening celebrating with us.
The dress code is Black Tie Optional or Cocktail Attire. We encourage guests to dress in a way that feels elegant, festive, and comfortable for a summer celebration by the lake. Tuxedos and evening gowns are welcome, though not required. Formal suits, cocktail dresses, and traditional Tamil attire are all warmly welcomed.
August in Ticino is typically warm and sunny, with daytime temperatures often reaching 28–32°C. As the celebration takes place by Lake Maggiore, evenings may become slightly cooler, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl for later in the evening.
Villa Emden is located on the Isole di Brissago and is reached by boat. Transportation details and timings will be shared closer to the wedding weekend.
We are fortunate to have photographers and videographers capturing the celebration for us. During the ceremony, we kindly ask guests to put their phones away and simply be present with us in the moment. Throughout the rest of the celebration, photos are very welcome. We will likely share a simple way for guests to upload and share pictures afterwards.
